Component Custom Property

I am not seeing any of the options that should show up when you create a new custom property, I just have a blank "New Custom Property" panel, besides the "Create" and "Cancel" buttons.

Sounds like the designer is whacked.  Have you tried to close out browsers and go back in?

I have tried that and I also had a coworker open up a different app on his computer and he is having the same issue.

Strange...I only replied so quick because I happen to be working on a component myself right now, but I am not experiencing any issue in creating or editing properties on the component.

Is this App specific?  In other words, if you build a fresh empty app and then make a component, does this issue appear there?

Just tried creating a new canvas app and I added a component and then tried to add the custom property and I am still having the issue.

Not sure what else to tell you except perhaps a support ticket with Microsoft.

Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I just made a fresh app, went right into components and then clicked New component.  Then clicked on New customer property...everything appeared as I expected it.

Sorry I don't have any more advice on it.  Seems odd that you and a coworker would both experience this is separate apps.
