Component formatting

So I have created a simple component with a ApproveValue, Spent Value, and HeaderText property.  After some time i figured out the maths issues to properly show Balance and Variance, had to use the component.variable instead of the text field.  Now my problem is the HeaderText is not showing when the app is in play mode either through PowerApps or Dynamics 360, but in edit mode it shows fine.  I also have some conditional formatting on the color of the text, if the balance value (Approved - Spent) is <=0, green text else red text.  This does not seem to be working.

Does anyone have any thougths on this?

Thanks,
Mike L.

Re: Component formatting

Hi @MikeLockwood ,

Can you please share more details about this app? Like how did you create the component and the related formulas. About that HeaderText only shows in play mode, please take some screenshots for better understanding. Also, try to test with other browsers and devices.

Regards,

Mona

Re: Component formatting

I have found several times here that the first time I create a component it does not seem to work properly, it does not seem to do its calculation correcto or at all, it does not seem to format properly.  I then delete the component and rebuild it from scratch and then it works with no issues.  Knowing that you can consider this resolved.

Thanks,
Mike L.
