Component properties cannot be referenced
To place the component in the center of the screen, we set the properties of the component instance as follows
X = (Parent.Width - Self.Width)/2
Width = App.DesignWidth
However, in a recently published app, the Self.Width given to X gives an error and (Parent.Width - Self.Width)/2 is not what I expected.
The Width setting reflects the value of App.DesignWidth without any problem.
This symptom occurs when you actually use the application, and it is displayed correctly on the editing screen.
Also, the component placed on the HOME screen that opens first seems to be able to reference the Self.
Note that this component is not a library component, but a component created in the application.
The version of Power Apps in which this symptom has been confirmed is 3.21085.14.
We have confirmed that this symptom does not occur in apps with Power Apps version 3.21081.49.
Is this a bug in the Power Apps version?
Or is it a result of a recent specification change?
Any advice or information you can share would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
