Concatenate function

Hello!

I am buinding an app for purchase requisitions and I am having difficulties with Concatenate function.

Users are supposed to fill in the app with the material they want to purchase, and once they hit the Submit button, I need 3 actions to be done:

1) Send the information to a data base (this part is working fine).

2) Send and e-mail for management approval (this part is working fine).

3) Navigate to another screen that says: "Your purchase request was submitted!" (this part I can't get right).

The formula is working fine with actions 1 and 2. Once I include the Navigate function, the formula stops working.

I can't see what is wrong with the formula. Please find the formula below.

Could you please advise what could be the issue here?

Thank you very much.
