Concurrent Users - any limits? customer questions

I was looking for capacity limits documentation but couldn't locate that information (if you know hyperlink pls let me know). Specifically my customer would like to know:

1. If they share the app with the organization, and 50 people open the app at the same time, is that an issue?

IMO the more direct question is : Are there any concurrent user constraints? Is the app managing multi instance runs?

other side questions (less important):

2. Is there a way to create a Sql Azure database for a power app similar to the way you can create a CDM database?

3. How do we set enterprise terms? Both keyword and folksonomy on SharePoint? Managed terms are used in support of enterprise search

I am going to try #3 today, but thought I'd put it out there if you know.

Thank you.

P.S. Overall response to this tool has been outstanding. With consistent disappointment regarding load times for the app itself and data source driven drop down lists. We are also seeing "failed" load message in red bar on any and all apps intermittently. Finally, there was quite a bit of disappointment on User Profiles .Department property value coming up blank due to targeted screens by division. I'm looking forward to more clarifications on limitations so I can manage the expectation.

1. No concurrency limits in Powerapps. Please make sure you connect to a data source that supports concurrent users. Ex: Excel doesn't support this.
2. You need to setup a Azure SQL database outside this tool and can then connect to it from PowerApps.
3. Support to edit managed metadata is on our backlog and coming soon.

P.S. We are working hard to improve performance and reliability. We deployed few fixes to improve load times for SharePoint lists recently. Many more perf improvements are planned in the coming weeks.

So re your answer to #1 - So am I correct in saying that the sample apps that store the data in Excel (in OneDrive) are not supporting concurrent users?

Thank you for your clarifications.

For sake of clarification, does mean that mutilple different users can perform concurrent queries to the CDS database without any slowdown what so ever in thier own power apps that they have open?
