Condition SubmitForm

I have several "Meetings" with condition.

For example Data2> = Data1 when filling, but when I save it is not allowing saving because the field is empty, and the field does not need to be filled to be saved, it just needs to be greater than or equal.

I tried to include a condition for when the field is empty for him to consider, but it didn't work.

Is there an exception formula? Or another form that can include?

I appreciate your help, but I managed to solve it by including Blank in the Data onselect and the icon to save the form.
