Hi all, Is it possible to use MS Forms for Admins to create Survey Questions and Answers, then present the survey on Power Apps so that the users can fill Surveys answers and collect them on Sharepoint.
Thank you very much

Hi @pollyzzz ,
Do you want to display microsoft form's survey in powerapps, then collect the data of the survey to sharepoint list?
Firstly, the prepatations:
1)create survey in microsoft form pro and create sharepoint list to collect answer
2)have premium license (microsoft form pro is premium connector, now only supported to display survey by connecting with microsoft form pro, not microsoft form)
3)connect with microsoft form pro and your sharepoint list
Secondly, insert the form pro survey control
choose survey for this control.
Then in the ContextParameters field, enter context parameters as comma-separated key/value pairs. For example, {Name:TextInput1.Text,Email:TextInput2.Text, PageTitle:Label1.Text}
. You use context parameters to capture your respondent's information and the context in which the response was provided, and store that data in the survey response.
You could collect data from these controls to send to your sharepoint list.
Here's a doc about this in details for your reference:

Best regards,
Hey @pollyzzz
as far as I know, there is a "Forms Pro-Survey" action currently in Preview.
The only default connector to MS Forms is the "Microsoft Forms Pro" premium connector:
Hope this will help you!
Best regards
Marvin

Hi @pollyzzz,
As well as Forms Pro mentioned by @MarvinBangert , we use Forms (standard) for all our training tests and import and manage all data in SharePoint and Power Apps. There is a very simple Flow process that detects a Form submission and writes the data back to a SharePoint list. Emails can also be triggered from this.
Happy to share further details.

Hi @pollyzzz ,
If you want to do this on a standard E3 licence, I am happy to share more details.
If you are happy to pay for a premium licence, then follow the guidance of @MarvinBangert or @v-yutliu-msft
Hi, I would like to know how to do it on a standard licence
