Connect an Input item to two different connectors

This is my first time working with PowerApps as a developer. There seems to be a lot great features with PowerApps, but I am having a hard time with the components. I am trying to create a SharePoint App that connects to the SharePoint Site List but the edit form is very constricting. I am trying to lay out the items that is more user friendly and increase productivity, the Edit Form item doesn't seem to allow the flexibility to move the components around and give a nice flowing UI.

I tried to use individual Edit Form Items connected to the same SharePoint Site List. After seeing that it's not working and reading other helpful documentation, it doesn't look like I can have multiple Items connecting to the same Connector. This caused some issues as well.

Now I am looking to see if I can have One Item/Component, i.e. text input, to load from Source A and save to the SharePoint Site List. Is this possible?

Since Microsoft is promoting the great experience of PowerApps, there should be more functionality that would make PowerApps creations more flexible for the creator. Yes, there are a lot of great technology that has gone into PowerApps, if I can't have a component retrieve data from Source A and submit into Source B then it defeats the purpose. If I can't create a productive UI/UX then it defeats a purpose.

Thank you for the help and input in advance.

Hi @rdesautel ,

A fairly broad question, but you can certainly have the Items of a drop-down based on one list and have the data written to another, either by a simple SubmitForm() or Patch/UpdateIf.
