Connect pdf with Sharepoint list

Hi together,

your help is highly appreciated on the following issue:

I have a Sharepoint list from which I created an app, that also contains a Pen Input field. When filling the form and pressing the send button, the following happens:

1) a new entry is created in the Sharepoint list

2) a pdf file is created via Flow and added to the Sharepoint documents

Is there any chance to create a link between those two in the SP list?

@JJBI do not have a column in common between SP list and SP library. What I have:

SP list: Columns Company, Name, First name

SP library: Column Name, which contains the concatenated text "CreationDate&Company&Name&First name"

The only column which both SP list and library do have in common is the CreationDate (called "Erstellt" in German). Is it possible to link it up to this?

I have tried to insert as written above but I failed. There is no value "Erstellt" available, neither in Dynamic content nor in Expression. And if I only write it by hand into the filter query field, the flow does not work
