Connection Excel with Power Apps and Power Automate

I have created an Power App that is connected to an Excel table. the data of the table was visible in the app.

But I also want to connect the spreadsheet with Power Automate to add data to the table. But after making that connection, the data was lost in the power app.

Is this not possible?

Hi @JMebis ,

If you want to read data in excel table in powerapps and write data to it, I suggest you put excel into onedrive for business and use the connector in canvas.

At this point, you will no longer need power automate.

Hi

Thank you for your reply. I'm currently using onedrive for business.
The new data (new rows) are coming from another Excel document and should be added automatically.

How can this be done without Power Automate?

Hi @JMebis ,

If you want excel table B to automatically update data when there is data input in excel table A, then I suggest you use automated flow.

So far, I don’t know what your specific needs are and what you have done.

If you want to get further help please provide more information.

Best Regards,
Wearsky

Hi

With one Excel file:

I'm using Power App for visualizing the data.
I'm using Automated flow for adding data (new rows) automated.

But, when I connect the Excel file with Power App and Automated flow. The connection with Power App is lost.

The data isn't visuel any more in the app.

Can I connect one and the same Excel file with Power App and Automated Flow?
