My users are submitting tickets via PowerApps and they are being stored into SharePoint. What I am trying to do now, is to put the ticket information into Dynamics CRM. On submission on PowerApps, a flow is started to insert the data into Dynamics CRM. Right now, in order to access PowerApps, Dynamics CRM asks to have access based on the user's credentials. I do not want the user's account to access to Dynamics 356 due to licensing isues. Instead of using the user's credentials, could I have the user use the Service Account to access Dynamics CRM? I would like this to be the default connection with Dynamics CRM.
Is this even possible? If so, how would I go about doing this?
Thanks in Advance!

Could you show me more details about the Service Account?
I assume that you have created an app and shared it with users.
It is a default behavior for shared users to create their own connections to the app using their own credentials when the first time they open the shared app on their side.
