Hi, I just received my Login from my client, and I'm receiving the following error when trying to add a data source (SharePoint List):
There was a problem adding your data source. Please try again.
The request was not sent or there was no response from the server. Check your internet connection.
I am a Global Admin
I am a SharePoint Admin
I am a Site Collection Owner in the site that this list resides
I am in the Owner's group of the site in which the list resides
The list has inherited permissions
I am using the online PowerApps client
I also have tried adding "O365 Users" connection with the same result. Could this be because the ID is new and hasn't been completed as far as licenses? I do have an E5 license listed in 365 admin center. Thanks in advance for any help! Jim
Turns out that it doesn't work on Chrome or Edge, AND not in ANOTHER TENANT. This is just bizarre. I tried logging in on another PC, and it works fine!! Can anyone tell me what's going on here?
Hello,
@rohsh354 thanks so much for the reply! Funny thing is, I'm working from home and nothing is blocked. Also, it wasn't working on Chrome OR Edge, so I have my doubts on Cache, but I suppose it's possible for both to be in the same state. I'll run a trace with Fiddler the next time I run into this. Oddly, after I was able to log on from my laptop and create the connection (if it was the network, it should have blocked the laptop as well?), I now can make connections with the same ID on the same tenant with the desktop...really odd behavior...
