Connections disappearing in flow but still in Data permissions list when sharing PowerApp

I created a PowerApp flow and was using the PowerApp notification step which is premium so i then removed so the PowerApp no longer associated to any Flows that are using this.

However after removing from the Flow, when I share the PowerApp its still sharing the Data Permission named PowerApps Notification, which is triggering for the person i shared it with to commit to a Microsoft PowerApps Plan 2 Trial. I want to be sure that the users can still access the PowerApp without a premium PowerApp plan.

Re: Connections disappearing in flow but still in Data permissions list when sharing PowerApp

Hi @eolver ,

Try to delete the connections from Home > Data > Connections list and test if the issue persists. If this doesn't solve your issue, try to raise a support ticket here:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/ticket/

Hi @eolver ,

Have you deleted the flow from within this app? Please first select the control that used to trigger the flow, and select Action > Flows to check if you have deleted these flow in the app.

Re: Connections disappearing in flow but still in Data permissions list when sharing PowerApp

Hi,

I removed the notification action from the flow then removed the flow and re-assigned to the powerapp button as i still need to run the flow.

Thanks
