Connector Issue - Users Cannot "Fix Connection"

We have quite a few Apps in production using various standard connectors.  Recently, with no changes being made on our side or the users, a few have been prompted to allow the connection again.  However, the button to allow is greyed out, seemingly indicating an issue with their account but the "Fix Connection" link does not work for them.  We've had them log-in/out and also clear cache, but this did not resolve the issue.  The only "fix" that worked was to remove the connector, republish the app, add the connector back and publish again.  Any ideas on what may be going on?  Again, this seemingly has started to occur out of nowhere.  We also checked with our IT group and they have not made any user-based policy changes.  We don't like mysterious issues and like to understand what the underlying issue might be.

Microsoft support has reported the issue as resolved on their side as they applied a fix.

@Amghost Others have been having this issue as well. Unshare the App from the affected users and re-share it. This should fix it 99.99% of the time! If the issue persists I would suggest to open a ticket with MS.

@CNT Thank you.  Is this a recent issue that has come up?  It only started for us in the last 2 days.

@Amghost I remember someone posting this yesterday. So, could be recent!

@CNT - unfortunately this is not resolved and steps do not resolve the issue for all users.  We are getting more and more reports of this across all of our Apps now and various connectors (Outlook, 365Users, Sharepoint, OneDrive).  It is not all users.  We have tried having them sign-out/in, clear cache, multiple browsers, reboot, etc.  We have a ticket open with Microsoft and waiting a reply.

I have a PowerApp set up that is having very similar issues with some specific users. Has there been any resolution?

@fitzpjam Nothing yet.  Our issue doesn't seem isolated to specific users.  It is inconsistent across multiple applications.  Some users are working fine and others are seeing this issue.  We have a ticket open with MS and they are looking at logs.

@fitzpjam @Amghost I've seen others report the same. Please follow up with MS.

Same issue here, submitted a ticket as well. Annoying that PowerApps status is "Healthy" when clearly there is an issue right now with Permissions/Connectors.
