Containers missing from Layouts

I work in several 365 tenants for different customers. Today I'm building a PowerApp and need to add a Container to a screen, but Containers is not listed in the Insert | Layout menu, nor does it come up in the Search. What gives? I don't have this problem with other 365 tenants.

Never mind. I found the switch in Settings and turned Containers ON.
