Context variables from surrounding SharePoint page

I am designing a PowerApp that will be included inside a page of a SharePoint online site.

I would like to have a Context variable within the App that is set up by the page (for example a property that can be set in the web page part containing the PowerApp.

In this way, I can condition (for example filter data) the App behavior according to the page context. Inserting the same app in two different pages, each setting the variable to a different value, will lead to two different behaviors or output data.

Re: Context variables from surrounding SharePoint page

To the best of my knowledge this isn't currently possible.

Re: Context variables from surrounding SharePoint page

@massimoc

The previous post of @Pstork1 is correct.  You cannot pass a variable included the SharePoint page URL (found at the top of the browser).

Another idea is to include the parameter within the IFRAME of an embedded PowerApp.  I'll share a link to a forum post where the user appears was successful doing this in case if it meets yours requirements.
