Control sharepoint list item permission from Power Apps

Hi,

Is there a way to set permissions for item in sharepoint custom list while creating this record from PA app?

I've got this scenario:

1. Record is creating this using Patch function, by person with Full Control permissions (lets say Owner) on SharePoint list. (It would be nice in this step add sharepoint list permissions for end user who will be editing this record)

2. Owner manually adding item unique permissions "Can Edit" for end user, for created record.

3. End user uses apps, saves works fine BUT Owner of sharepoint list cannot see end use input data. Only end user can see this data.

Also in SharePoint list Advanced settings I do not have option for enabling "item-level permissions" - I don't know if it matters.

What is wrong?

I thought you wanted the editing in Powerapps. But if the Flow is for Permission in SharePoint list, then Post this on Power Automate section of the Platform.

Do you have user credentials like user name or User email save in a List.

This will help filter for particular users.

Those credentials I think could be added to new column while creating new record in list.

Then in another step could be managing permissions.

If you have the user details in the then you can filter for example a Gallery as:

Filter(List, EmailColumn=User().Email)

Maybe I will ask again.

Let's say in one column ("Access") of record ("Task1") I've got 3 emails for people who need access to only this record in my Sharepoint List ("TasksList").

With one click (perhaps using Microsoft Flow or Power Automate) I want to grant those 3 people "Contribute or Can edit" permission only to this record.
