Convert Number in PowerApps to Readable Text

Hi, 

Would like to ask for help in an algorithm to display a Text Label which reads out a number in PowerApps.

An Example of this is :

115673215 -> One Hundred Fifteen Million Six Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen
