Copy Application to another list

Hello, I have created APP for SharePoint list, I have more than 50 lists and i need to copy the app or export it and link to to each list separately,  is it applicable? or i should create the APP again for each list. Thanks

Could you explain your app better. Are all your lists identical with the same column names? What is the purpose of your app?

This is performance management system, I built it through SharePoint, each Department has more than list based on employee grade, i created calculated columns and the % of these columns changes based on grade.

All lists in all the same except tasks columns because it's depend on the department and title.  I hope that i explain it
