Copying Powerapps and Flows between tenants

I look after multiple o365 tenants.

I have a couple of flow and powerapps I use on them all.  But how can I copy them between them instead of recreating from scratch everytime

You can use Export/Import functions which were made available few weeks back. There was a blog post about it.
