Re: Count duedate

The basic idea would be to use CountRows() on a filtered data source. Say your Due date column is called DueDate and "Outstanding" means any date less or equal to today, then this structure could do what you want

CountRows ( Filter ( yourDataSource, DueDate <= Today()) )

Re: Count duedate

Add this after Today():

&& ! ( Status = "Closed" )

If Status is a Choice column you'll need to use

Status.Value = "Closed"

Re: Count duedate

Hi @Eelman

Thanks thats counting good, but i would to minus status = closed example CountRows ( Filter ( 'Shipments ', DueDate <= Today()) ) minus STATUS "CLOSED" so it does not count when i select status closed please thanks.

Re: Count duedate

Hi @Eelman

is there a way to use it on sum, example i have a sum field called  Shipping Fee  so i need first to count as a choice field called Shipping Method and choices are FedEx DHL UPS  so something like before first to count how many amount is for FedEx to show as a sum amount

EXAMPLE

FedEx $300

DHL  $120  and so on

Thanks

Re: Count duedate

Yes, it can be done like this:

ClearCollect ( colShippingCost, AddColumns( Distinct('Shipment', 'Shipping Method'), "ShipCosts", Sum( 'Shipment', 'Shipping Method' = Result)) )

Once in a collection you can then access it how you want ie gallery, labels, etc

Note: the above code is from memory and untested so it may not be 100% correct. Maybe start a new post if that happens so others could chime in and also those with similar queries can also learn
