Hi, i do not think it's possible to return a result of the total flow runs via flow. However, you could get it under Admin center>Tenant>Quotas.
Another way to do what you want is create a SharePoint list and every time the flow runs add an item to the list, then count the list item.
Going further, rather that creating an item each time it runs, you could edit the same list item and add 1 to the values each time the flow runs.
We need to identify the n.o of flows which are being used specific to the canvas app, not the flow run count.
Please share your view on it.
A flow is typically called using a trigger, if the flow is running as a result of a trigger within PowerApps then all runs of the flow are from the PowerApp. if the flow is triggered from a SharePoint list, for example, You would not know which items have been triggered through a PowerApps submission, or by manually adding an item to the list. You would need to add an additional column to the list that the flow is triggered from to store the trigger method, e.g, PowerApps or SharePoint. from PowerApps you would patch / submit the data as "PowerApps", for SharePoint you would set the column default to "SharePoint"
