Count rows not giving correct count

Hi All,

I have an excel datasource with more than 3000 records, i am using countrows formula to retrieve all the rows but it is not returning count of all the rows but just returning 1918 records.
Below is the formula.

How can i use count rows to retrieve all the records count?

You will not get all the data reflected due to Delegation issues with CountRows:

Understand delegation in a canvas app - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

The maximum would be 2000 records.

I suggest you import the file into Power Apps and apply the CountRows formula. With that, all the records would be available inside Power Apps for the function
