Create Case From Email - Automatic Record Creation Update Rule or PowerAutomate Flow?

Hi All,


I have a requirement to create a case from Email and attach an SLA to it.. We have a shared mailbox where the email would arrive.


We have done something similar in the past (without SLA) using Automatic Record Creation and Update Flow where the mailbox is linked to Queue and we monitor the Queue and trigger the rule (flow) which creates the case.


However I can also see in powerautomate triggers like, When an email arrives at a shared mailbox and would like to try this one and but not sure if it will be the same experience? Or it has some disadvantages


Questions -

1) Should i go by the flow or ARC?

2) What exactly is the difference between these 2 approaches?
