Hi all,
I am working on a project which requires me to send a different form built in Power Apps depending on the client selected. See the flow below
Form 1 with fields Project No, Contact to receive next form ->This form will be filled in by the Project Manager.
Form 2 with questions -> This will be sent to the contact name filled in the first form by the PM.
Save information from both forms into the list.
Does anyone knows how I can easily do it using power automate, power apps and lists?
