Hi good morning.

Slightly confuse of what you really want...
My approach:
- create phone apps, say A
- then, open this A, change the orientation to landscape, apply, save as B. Re arrange all the inserts to match the tablet layout. Save again.

Now, you have two exactly similar apps
- A for phone
- B for tablet
You never rewrite the codes, but just reorganize the layout.

I hope this shall be suffice.

Have a nice day.

Hi @MarieKisSlaJoue,

Please check my reply in the following thead:

reusability across phone and tablet versions

"

Currently there is no function or features available that could have the App switch from phone version to Tablet version.

For complex app, the recommended way is to create two apps with both layout.

For a workaround, which you may take a try before re-create another app, is to take use of the Screen size and orentation:

Change screen size and orentation in PowerApps

If convenient, please also submit this as an idea in PowerApps idea forum:

Please follow the steps suggested by hpkeong to create the apps, and if you have any further questions, please post back.

Just an update on this.  Primarily, I'm using PowerApps with / from SharePoint.  The "Create app" option from a SharePoint list does not offer any options on orientation, etc, it just builds an app in the mobile phone orientation.

So your guidance on this topic helped greatly.

It seems pretty obvious that if you create a phone app and each screen fits phone layout the galleries and screens *could* roll out sideways on a large landscape screen and save you having to maintain two sets of code and two layouts? This is a must have feature. ..or am I missing something?
