I have 2 SharePoint lists:-
1) Master List with these fields:-
2) Vendor List with these fields:-
now my screen looks as follow:-
where i need to have these 2 functionalities:-
1) when the user create a new item >> enter the master fields >> enter vendor fields >> click on "Add New" >> then new fields for the Vendor list should be shown >> so the user can add a master record and multiple vendor records on the same Save.
2) when the user edit the above form >> the related Vendor records should be shown..
so can anyone provide me with the details to implement this?

Actually I don't think that append the two functionalities on only one button is a good idea, basically it would not work perfectly. One button for each update would be easier to operate for the App. Please refer to below video:

@v-jeffernibut can i add multiple child and a master record at one submit? or first i have to save the master record then add the child?
You will have to add the parent record first and ensure that it exists before the child records can be added to maintain the integrity of the relationship.
