Create trial Environment

Hallo experts!

I would like your opinion on something.

A client has created a trial environment with a cds database. This expires in 7 days. I am not sure if i should convert it to a production or if i should create another trial environment. In that case i would have to migrate all apps and flows. I am not sure what would happen with the dataverse tables though.

Will i have to recreate them, if i chose to create a second trial environment. Can i use the existing tables from environment 1 to the applications transferred to environment 2?

I dont have much experience with dataverse.
