Creating a Collection from multiple dataverse tables Lookup column.

Hello, I am having a trouble creating a collection using dataverse lookup column.

I have 3 table.

1) customerlist

2) table_1

3) table_2

I have a column ”customer” in table_1 and table_2

this column is relating 1)customerlist.

I would like to create a append customer list form table_1 and table_2.

I only want to take column ”customer”.

This is my formula.

ClearCollect(col_customerlist,

         ShowColumns (table_1, "cr9d1_customer"));

Collect(col_customerlist,

         ShowColumns (table_2, "cr9d1_customer"));

Problem is, when I show this collection on gallery,

I cannot see a data created from table_2.

It seems there is a data but word do not appear.

I have change like “Thisitem.cr9d1_customer.name” or “Thisitem.cr9d1_customer.phone”..etc to see if there is a column I can see but shows nothing.

Hi @mssss ,

Please try this formula:

ClearCollect(col_customerlist,ForAll(table_1,ThisRecord.your LookUp column Name));
Collect(col_customerlist,ForAll(table_2,ThisRecord.your LookUp column Name))

Hi @mssss ,

It works for me.

I have no other suggestions.

Hope others can solve your problem.

Best Regards,

Wearsky

If you have the relationship between the tables configured, you should be able to show the customer name, without doing anything else. What if you instead of creating the collection just point to the Gallery to the "table_1" table, and set the label to "ThisItem.Customer.Name"? Use the "Friendly" name of the column from the table_1.
