Hey, I'm brand new to PowerApps so before I begin figuring out how to use it, I'd like to know if this is possible.
I need to create a survey of 100 questions as a RAG rating form. It will be filled out by 7 different teams and about 50 individuals within those teams.
The survey is supposed to be a working document that people can access repeatedly to make changes to ratings and information, I tried to use Forms as a basic tool but obviously people can't make changes to their previous answers.
I want people to login/access a place, complete the survey and then submit AND save it. The answers will then be sent to me to be uploaded into PowerBi. The idea is that a few weeks/months later, they can then access their previous answers, make any changes they need to then re-submit.
My question is if this is possible? If so, what would be the kind of formula I'd have to follow to create it?/Any decent YouTube videos to self teach?
Thanks!
Yes, building your app is definitely possible. While there is no generic method to learning PowerApps I have a few suggestions.
#1a Complete all of the PowerApps modules on MS Learn. It will guide you through creating a few basic apps and give you alot of good foundational knowledge.

#1b This course on EdX was Microsoft's first PowerApps course for beginners. It is archived and you can no longer earn a certificate but 90% of the knowledge is still good (but sometimes a little outdated).

#2 I find myself watching these Youtube channels quite frequently to learn new techniques. Once you've covered one of the beginner courses I suggest you check out these channels for videos on specific topics while trying to build your own apps.
