Creating a daily journal

I'm using Power Apps to create a journal for a user to enter on a daily basis their thoughts, feelings, attitude, etc for the day.   Please advise how this can be accomplished using either a form or list to enable the user's entry to be stored for ongoing reference and/or reflection.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please tell me where do you save your data?

I assume you use SharePoint as your data source and have a test on my side, please try the following workaround.

Create new columns according to your needs, then click Create an app.

It will be displayed in the canvas like this.

Hi Zhi Chen,

Thanks for your help with the development of a journal using Power Apps.  I plan to use Sharepoint to store the data, however, end-users may enter private health information.  What would you recommend to cover this contingency?  Also, I would like to enable the ability of end-user to search for previous journal entries.  Please advise.

Best,

John
