HI,
I work for a financial planner and want to create a survey to send to prospective clients. The survey lasts about 5 minutes and depending on how the prospect answers, they will receive a score. They will not be able to receive their final score until they have submitted their survey and will receive an email containing the details of their score.
What would be the best way to go about using PowerApps to generate this? Is PowerApps even the best prodcut or would it be more useful using Microsoft Forms or any other product Office 365 product?'
It would be great if anyone could get back to me as soon as possible.
Thank you.
KInd Regards,
Maria
Solved! Go to Solution.
You cannot share a PowerApps app outside the organisation, yet, so at the moment it doesn't seem to be the best tool for making an external customer survey. With MS Forms you CAN share outside of the organisation, but then you are more limited to what you can do on the form.
Maybe someone from the PA team can give you a better answer.
Hi @Maria,
Just as told by @BitLord69, Apps created under PowerApps would be only available within your own organization, which can't be shared to the one outside of your organization.
Further, to run the App, it would also need the user to have a PowerApps "Client", PowerApps Studio, PowerApps Mobile App or PowerApps studio in web.
For survey purpose, Microsoft Forms should be a better choice.
You should be able to work with each survey and calculate the result within Microsoft Flow, and then send the Email back to the user.
Things to note is that, currently the trigger for Microsoft Form in Microsoft Flow is still under Preview, there should be some problems (known issue is missing repsonses ) when working with it.
Regards,
Michael

The problem with microsoft forms that it's very limited and need to be developped as soon as possible. It's first problem is that we are unable to create diffrent titeled sections when the survey contains more than one topic for exemple (as attached bellow) .personnaly I need to make a Collaborator survey and I have to make diffrent section : HR-Marketing-Management...
