First - I am seriously new to Power Apps. I am in the process of trying to make an inspection app with a long list of questions. I have 2 lists in SharePoint (List A - questions and List B -responses). List B includes response columns Yes/No, Number, Percentage and comment. Currently, In the app I have my Question gallery grouped by section (there are 9 sections with subsections with questions in each subsection). So the gallery is listed as e.g. Prevention, Response, Report, etc, for sections. I have another gallery with the questions listed for each subsection, and then a nested gallery in that for the responses. My dilemma is: I tried adding input text field to the answer section of the nested gallery. If the record is nested record information is empty the text inputs don't show so that new data can be added. Do I have to create a form for every single question? That doesn't seem efficient especially since there are around 350 questions. Is there a way to nested text field in the nested gallery and display it even if it contains no data so the inspection can add a new response if one doesn't already exists? Any guidance on my journey is much appreciated. List A - Questions List B - Responses (relational by QID from list A)
