Creating dynamic questionnaire in PowerApps

Hi,

I need to create a dynamic questionnaire editablew by the users of my app. I want to allow them to add, remove and edit the questions. I found some videos explaining that part and I could work on it, but my problem is that I couldn´t find a way to save that new data in a SharePoint list without deleting older records.

Can anybody give an advice?

Are you trying to preserve the old questions as well? If so, do you still want to show those old questions or just the new/modified ones? If just the new/modified ones, you can add another column to your SharePoint list that denotes if the question is active or not. When a user "deletes" a question, the flag can be set to no (a soft delete if you will) and your quiz or whatever else that uses your questions will filter based on that flag being set to yes. Does that help?
