Hi @DannyT1984

Can you try the solution from here

Sort(
    Search(
        AddColumns('My SharePoint List', "ChoiceValue", Choice.Value),
        Search.Text,
        "StaffName",
        "StaffNumber",
        "ChoiceValue"
    ),
    'Date of Submission',
    Descending
)

Hello,

I tried the following

Sort(

    Search(

        AddColumns('State Registration Database', ("SAGE EPA Reg No.", SAGE EPA Reg No.Value), (“SBM Code”, SBM Code.value), (“UPC Code”, UPC Code.value),

        Search.Text,

        "Title",

        "EPA Reg. No",

        "UPC Code",

        “SAGE EPA Reg No.”,

        “SBM Code”,

    ),

    'Date of Submission',

    Descending

)

Maybe i need to type _ inbetween the spaces?

you don't need to type spaces as it's already in double quotes and taken care.

Ok what else do you suggest?

has this helped you and are you able to search?

Just to be sure i am supposed to place this in the browseGallery1 or TextSearchBox1?   I'm still unable to search

I'm wondering if i need to change the fields that use choices to something other than text?

Hi @DannyT1984 ,

Firstly @Shujaath_Khan is close here - the only issue is that you cannot use the same name for the added column

Sort(
   Search(
      AddColumns(
         'State Registration Database',
         "EPARegNo",
         'SAGE EPA Reg. No'.Value,
         “SCode”,
         'S Code'.Value,
         “UPCCode”,
         'UPC Code'.Value
      ),
      Search.Text,
      "Title",
      "EPARegNo",
      "UPCCode",
      “SCode”,
    ),
    'Date of Submission',
    Descending
)

Getting a bunch of errors.

I should place this in the textbox area and not the browse screen box?

@DannyT1984 ,

It is the Item of the gallery you are displaying the result in.
