Custom 365 user categories

Hello I am wondering if it is possible to choose custom data column titles for self information on a Powerapp? This article was very helpful https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/connection-office365-users/#myprofile, but it looks limited to just the standard information to be pulled from Office365 like name, title, phone, etc. But what if I have my own custom information I want it to pull of myself?

The idea is that I want users to only see thier own data. I am going to hide the search screen and make it so when a user logs in it goes straght to their own profiles. This seems like the best option to do that but it seems limited to only a certain number of options for pulling data. Can I customize it to my own title heads in each column from the excel data source. For example Office365Users.MyProfile().DisplayName will pull a name but what if I have other data? I tried doing  Office365Users.MyProfile().image, which is the name of my column but it did not work.

Any ideas?

Re: Custom 365 user categories

Hi @ShawnLJ,

I'm afraid that not all the attribute could be used in PowerApps. Here you could find the list of available user profile properties to be used in PowerApps:

https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/connection-office365-users/

Sorry for the limitation, you could post this idea in the PowerApps Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

Regards,

Mona

Re: Custom 365 user categories

Good to know thank you,

Just to confirm is there another way to set it so users only see their own information when they log into the app?
