Custom Connector through On-Premise Gateway Headers Removed

First post to community (i think)

I have created a custom connector through Powerapps using an On-Premise Gateway. I am sending HTTP requests to an API on my local network and i am receiving HTTP 200 when i am testing it in the Custom Connector dialogue.

MY PROBLEM:

The HTTP requests coming through my gateway do not contain the headers that i need. I have tried using Policies to add the header (in this case Content-Type), but as i monitor the requests they do not contain the correct headers. I have also tried adding them directly to the request from the api tester.

Is there some workaround get these through? I suspect that the headers are added in the communication between azure and the gateway, but are then removed as they are translated by the gateway.

These Are the settings for the policy i created:

Thankful for your help

EDIT

The policy works with other headers all the way through the gateway, but not "content-type".
