Custom form in list does not exist as result of list data recovery

My organization has a list that was created with a Power App custom form. This list was deleted and recovered to correct data loss. The recovery of the list created an error in the power app custom form. When I try to open the form from the list, I get an error "The page you selected contains a list that does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user."

Hi @RTesterman ,

If you go into Form Settings in SharePoint, then select "use Default SharePoint Form", you should then be able to delete the Power Apps form and start again.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

This is not an option for me. I think this may be a known issue with no solution. This post provides detail:

There is also this post (last one) where a flow is created to delete the form.
I have not tried this and would want to test it before I used it on my production list.
