Customized form in SharePoint List not displaying correct update data

Hi,

I have a PowerApps customized form in SharePoint List. The List has also power automate.

Now, i have a problem in my form, I have a cascading dropdowns for my approvers (look up value resides to another SP list). And I have power automate as my approval workflow.

I update the data of cascading dropdowns (approvers) based on the responses approver of power automate, but when I display the form thru power apps, it is not updating.

Hi @Anonymous,

I already figured this out. Thanks for responding anyway!

For those who has the same scenario, might as well to add in the look up list the possible OIC approvers for re-assignment in power automate.

Hello @jaina ,

Please provide details on below.

1.if you use Power Automate Approvals to approve the record where you are saving the approver response ?

2.How you are displaying the response to power Apps ?

3.better is you could provide screen shot of Power automate  and Power App forms

Hi @Anonymous ,

Here's the Power Automate where i store the response approver email

I think there is a problem with my Update formula

Fyi: dropdown DMG_MaintainedBy = DataCardValue41

What is the correct formula?

in case you need to consider as well the Item formula for DataCardValue41
