Solved: Customizing SharePoint Form, Error Opening App

I had been customizing my SharePoint List with Powerapps and even though I am able to open the item and edit, I can not customize it any longer. I'm getting the error message: "Error opening App" There was a problem opening this app. Please try again. Session ID: "

Not sure what could have happened and how would I be able to even see the versions of this list app?
