Data Re-Transmit Exception Handler . Collections to Flow

Friends,

I have a collection with which I am transferring data to flow.
The difficulty here is determining how to prevent passing the already transmitted on that day entries.
That is, once data is transferred, it should not be retransmitted again.
How to accomplish this.

--------------------------

Reset(TextInput6);
UpdateContext({var981: "1"});
Set(
varNotify201,
"Started"
);
Collect(
pmosave2,
{
HTTP_Body: "",
HTTP_Body_1: "",
HTTP_Body_2: "",
HTTP_Body_3: "",
HTTP_Body_4: "",
HTTP_Body_5: "",
HTTP_Body_6: "",
HTTP_Body_7: ""
}
);
LoadData(
pmosave2,
"MyLocalData1"
);
Set(
varNotify201,
"Uploaded"
);
Set(
varNotify202,
"Started"
);

-----------------Flow Task started ---------------
ForAll(
pmosave2,
Postpmo1.Run(
HTTP_Body,
HTTP_Body_1,
HTTP_Body_2,
HTTP_Body_3,
HTTP_Body_4,
HTTP_Body_5,
HTTP_Body_6
)
);

-----------------Flow Task End ---------------
Set(
varNotify202,
"Uploaded"
);

Once Uploaded completed then next button click should not considered the previous one. Instead it can pick up the new one . How to accomplish this. Meanwhile it suppose Uploaded failed then i again this should get retransmitted. How to achieve this.
