Data Row Limit

I am aware of that by default data row limt is 500 and maximum is 2000.

However, if i choose 1000 instead of 500, none of the row is accessed and nothing is displayed.

Can anyone kindly tell any solution.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Data Row Limit

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you have getten a Non-delegable issue within your app?

Further, could you please share a screenshot of your app's configuration?

If you have faced a Non-delegable issue within your app, you could only processed 500 records locally at most. You could consider take a try to change the Non-delegable limits, the maximum value of Non-delegable limits is 2000.

More details about Delegation in PowerApps, please check the following article:

Delegation in PowerApps

Please take a try to change the Data row limit for Non-delegable queries to 500, save and close your app, then re-open your app to check if the issue is solved.

In addition, please also take a try to refresh your data source within your app or remove the data source and re-add it within your app, then check if the issue still exists.

If the issue still exists, please take a try to enable/turn on the "Render in classic mode" option within Advanced Settings of App settings (App settings-> Advanced Settings-> "Render in classic mode" option), then check if the issue is solved.

Best regards,

Kris
