Just today I was editing a Sharepoint List form in Powerapps. I created a screen for view and duplicated it. I renamed the Screen to EditScreen and got no problems. But when I renamed the form, the Data Cards disappear. Actually their width automatically becomes zero so I can't see them.
To troubleshoot this, I renamed the original form created using customize form in powerapps and there is no problem. I created a new sharepoint list, duplicated and renamed the form and I got the same problem. They automatically resize to zero.
Is there an outage with PowerApps today?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I am customizing the sharepoint list form. I was doing this before with no issues.
Here is the screenshot of the issue.
I duplicated the screen from ScreenEdit. And I rename the FormEdit.
After renaming the form. The data fields disappeared. Actually they are still there but they resized themselves to Zero
Troubleshooting steps done:
1. Cleared browser cache
2. Signed out and sign in again
3. Tried Firefox, Internet Explorer.
I still got the same issue.
Thanks for looking into this.
Hi @Jaystechtips ,
Just to supplement his point of view: @yashag2255 .
I've made a similar test and found that this problem exists indeed.
If you rename the form, every data card's Width will become "0".
So after you rename the form, try to set every datacard's Width to: Parent.Width
Then, the data cards will change back to the original width.
I also having this issue, so can't rename form, just need to use whatever name as it was created from "eg. form2_2 " , it's a pain. 😞
I can't remember if there is a parent.default in the width field.
But I search for parent.width and then customize the width after.
See the screenshot below.
Yeah its a pain. At first i thought that the server might be down or something. Restarted my laptop, tried incognito before finally posting it here in the forums. I think as of now they still do not have this bug solved.
