Hello all.
I am banging my head against a limit of 500 items on a SharePoint* list and 256 items for an Access Web App table (should be equivalent to an Azure SQL table).
I test this by simply adding a data source and then show the result in a text box with text = CountRows(MyDataSource)
Does anyone have any ideas how to increase these limits or work around them?

This is something we're actively working on improving -- stay tuned for updates on this front very soon.
I posted a highly roundabout solution the other day:

Do we have any updates on when SharePoint's items limit will be increased? I know it has already been sorted for SQL Azure, so I was wondering if SP will be next? 😄
This is known issue. I received an Email from support saying that this should be fixed by the middle of November.
I will keep my fingers crossed.
Thnak you
Bad news for everyone waiting for this 😞 looks like it's not going to be released until Jan/Feb 2017...

The 500 items list items has been raised, however it will only work in some cases using Delegation..
