DataCards in Display mode Edit and New

I have a SharePoint form in powerapps that im working on. I cant see, to work out how to disable a DataCard in the Edit mode but have it avaliable to complete in New mode?

Thanks Shane - that worked.  The videos are great ! - much better than some of the other ones I have seen which are,shall we say Chaotic !
