DataSourceInfo is invalid

I am facing same error for MaxLength . I have changed it to - DataSourceInfo([@Table1],MaxLength,"Id") , still I can see same error. Is there any other way to fix it?

Re: DataSourceInfo is invalid

Hi @AzureLearner

The 3rd param is the column name

DataSourceInfo function intellicense will let you pick specific column names

Not all column types work

Re: DataSourceInfo is invalid

Hi @AzureLearner ,

The right syntax of DataSourceInfo function is :

DataSourceInfoDataSourceInformationColumnName )

The information shoule be the format like this:

DataSourceInfo.DisplayName

DataSourceInfo.MaxLength

DataSourceInfo.MaxValue

So, try this formula:

DataSourceInfo([@Table1],DataSourceInfo.MaxLength,"Id")

Here's a doc about this function for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-datasourceinfo
