Date and time sent from powerapps arrives different in sharepoint

Hello everyone, I have an assistance app, the date and time is generated in UTC -5 when you click on the checkbox, I am noticing that out of approximately 100 records, some are arriving in the wrong format and with an incorrect time, please support me

In my sharepoint list I have some rows that arrive erroneously, will it be the user's regional config? how can i avoid that

Yes it will be the user's regional configuration, but I notice you are storing the date/time as Text. How are you writing this back to the List (are you converting it to "dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm" )
