Date fields display in different format for different users

Hello

When I view a submitted record in Power Apps canvas app, depending on which user account I am logged in, the date format is different. i.e. with 2 accounts I see 25/06/2021 and with 2 accounts I see 06/25/2021

I have attempted to change this on the user profile in https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and then clicking on Settings & Privacy and changing the Region to English (UK) and in the desired date format, but this does not make a difference. 
any ideas where this is set, its not in SharePoint as that is already correctly set, and if the 4 accounts browse to SP list, the date is in the same format across all 4 accounts - its only when using Power Apps different accounts experience different behavior, how do I fix this?

 I think I have answered my own questions its controlled by this setting and this is what it ought to be :

You may be right, but I would also check the Power App Settings on the gear menu in Power Apps for each user.  There is a Language override there.  It may also show as locked down by your admin.  But it doesn't hurt to check.

I've just checked that, and it was set to browser language, but the only option is English and not English UK, but changing to English does not fix this, i'm fairly certain its the settings I've shown in my pic, cant see any differences in the 2 accounts I have other than that.

I had this issue.  I made sure everyone was on the same date format dd/mm/yyyy.   Solved it for me.

 

They can keep the language on whatever suits best.
