DateDiff returns wrong value in Android app

I have an app that calculates the number of minutes between two times. 

DateDiff(TimeValue("09:00AM"),TimeValue("01:00PM"),Minutes)

On the web studio, it displays 240.

The value returned when the published app is viewed in the Android app is 300.

The app is up to date.

Any ideas?

Ok, so it's not the DateDiff function, it's the TimeValue function.
