Delegation Issue

Can someone please help me with this delegation warning. I'm not sure how to change my formula for this gallery to be delegate-able. I have the same problem with my item counters as well. Thank you.PowerApps FilterGallery7.jpgPowerApps FilterGallery8.jpg

If the status column is a choice column, change that portion to;

StatusColumn.Value

On the first picture i sent, on the if statement, that option worked, however when performing the CountRows function, it did not. CountRows is not a delegate-able function?

Did you change to StatusColumn.Value?

Also:

Yes CountRows cannot be delegated. How many rows are you dealing with, more than 2000 even after filtering?

This is the current formula.

CountRows(Filter('IT Support Tickets','Ticket Status'.Value = "In-Progress"))

It should return the count of items where the sticket status = "In-Progress"

But if CountRows can't be delegated, what are my options?

You didn’t mention what your source for this is. If you use common data service, you can build system views filtered to the records with the desired status to filter your gallery https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.inogic.com/blog/2019/12/avoid-delegation-while-filtering-records-in...

how many total records are in your source?

You can use a collection but i asked you how many rows do you have?

Also on you File...Advance settings have increase the delegation to 2000?
